After passing through Pizzo, the riders tackle the short climb to Marcellinara, the day’s only categorised ascent, before reaching Catanzaro Lido. The final kilometres run smoothly along the coast towards Crotone, with a finish well suited to the sprinters.
FINAL KILOMETERS
The closing kilometres are flat, on wide and mostly straight roads. The stage ends with a 700-metre finishing straight.
